Is India doing the right things by deporting over 40,000 Rohingya Muslims?

I read a numerous of post on various platforms about   Rohingya refugee issue including post of Balaji Viswanathan and many articles also what basically they are trying to say that why India should not give shelter to Rohingyas refugee. 

Before reaching any conclusion we have to take a look on a broad perspective on this issue.
we will see pointwise and after that, we will see the various logic what other people gave on this issue.  

1. Misinterpretation of issue

 This is a matter of Humentrain crisis, not Just matter of   Rohingyas Muslim( Because its easy to prove them that they are harmful on the basis of the theory of  Muslim are terrorist which is completely bullshit surely it will fulfill the agenda of a specific party ) see how cleverly  people add religion on such a sensitive issue what if they were Hindu or Buddhist definitely we will say them Rohingyas refugee  and till now these people used to give thousand logic  why India should not give shelter to Rohingyas .

2. Our culture and civilization

 We are the country of  "Vasudev Kutumbakam"( the whole world is our family), "Savrdhram Sambhav"( We will not differ on the basis of Religion) and "Athithi Devo Bhava"(The guest is equivalent to God). See how great the culture of our Motherland. It is not just matter of one day we are following it from thousand years. Now come on point with these high value is it justifiable to send   Rohingyas refugee even we are knowing them they are going to kill. And we had a long history of giving shelter including  Tamilian, Afgani, Tibbatian, Partition time.  

3. Argument on this issue 

Well, you will say I agree with your above point of culture but we can't give them shelter because 1. 1.We didn't have that many resources.

2.they are the threat to our country,

3. India had to value the diplomatic relation between Maymar. 

4.They are connected to ISIS and different terrorist organization.

so let us discuss it pointwise 

1.They are the threat to our country because they linked to the terrorist organization.

First of all according to article of 21 of Contitution of india "Protection of life and personal liberty No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law"

This is valid for all whether he is a citizen of our country or not we can't send them back when we are knowing that they are coming because of exploitation and perpetuation things and if we will send them they are going to be killed. Even they came anyhow saving their life.
As this is the allegation by Center that "India apart from being absolutely illegal is found to be having national security ramifications and has serious security threats"  but after lots of investigation and Checking only a few in number (2 or 4) are caught in this activity and center are accusing 40,000 are terrorist how anyone can satisfy on this logic which is almost less than (0.25%) . Is this can be the basis to send them back.


2. We didn't have that many resources.
This can be a valid logic that we didn't have resources but when anyone came to our country and they are in such a big trouble directly how we can say that we didn't have anything for you. Well, they are only 40,000 and We are the really big country it this really the matter that we didn't have resources. It will not take more money making any bridge who just fell down in next few days or Money of Vijay Mallya.
Even UN is supporting them so if we didn't have money we can ask from UN also that give us money then only we will allow them in our country. They are including Child, women and old men also.

3.India had to value the diplomatic relation between Maymar. 
Well, this the most valid logic I read even I agree on few point of these but is unethetical that we have good relations with any country so we are supporting their illegal step also. what if this is the matter with China are Country like Pak and they were Hindu instead of Muslim. So i don't think this can be the proper solution to send them directly.

4. A solution according to me.
So now this can be a question that if every move and logic of government is wrong according to you then what should government do, Well, here is my suggestion
    1. India should talk to Myanmar to take any other step rather than sending them directly.
    2. If Myanmar is not listening then asked UN to make pressure and look in this matter till we                   should provide them basic facility.
     3. Till any final solution, we should allow them to live here with the security checking that can              assure that they are not linked to any illegal activity.
