Can poverty be eliminated from India? If so, how can this be done and when will we achieve this?

Removing poverty is nearly impossible. Anyone can only try to make at very low level.
Who is responsible for this ?
Before anything, we should at least know what is the essence of poverty in the independence time, our freedom fighter Dada Bhai Naouroji gave definition that " He talk about the minimum level of dignified life this means that there should at least safe drinking water and eating food"
According to United Nations Development Programme and UNICEF
1. Nearly 1/2 of the world’s population — more than 3 billion people — live on less than $2.50 a day.
2. More than 1.3 billion live in extreme poverty — less than $1.25 a day."
3. 1 billion children worldwide are living in poverty
4.. 22,000 children die each day due to poverty.
Now let's look at our country
India is home to over one-third of poor people in the world.
Look how deep-rooted is poverty. People didn't have safe drinking water, enough food, home, and light. Imagine how hard is the life of poor people.
Our government also took a survey according
Suresh Tendulkar Committee
The Tendulkar panel stipulated a benchmark daily per capita expenditure of Rs. 27 and Rs. 33 in rural and urban areas, respectively, and arrived at a cut-off of about 22% of the population below poverty line.
Rangarajan committee
It just raised these limits to Rs. 32 and Rs. 47, respectively, and worked out poverty line at close to 30%. With estimates of Rangarajan committee, Poverty stood at around 30% in 2011-12. The number of poor in India was estimated at 36.3 crores in 2011-12.
Sengupta report
77% Indians are Below poverty line.
But if you will look these reports you will see that they are just playing a number game they are just adding and removing some number . We can see that when we are talking about removing poverty even we didn't have any scale to measure poverty.
And if there is no proper measurement then how any government can implement scheme so that the needy get benefit from this and our poverty peopled could be solved.
Then also according to me if our government and citizens will do these things then at least we can control poverty at some certain and efficient level after reaching a certain level then only we can decide how to end poverty completely.
1. Make a proper scale-
Government should make a proper scale to know how much poverty there is in our country so that they can make policy and allow fund that benefit directly who is most poor.
2.Control corruption -
When we talk about implementation of any policy corruption of system play cruel rule that's why many schemes are in Plan paper otherwise " From last 70 years every government is taking less or more step and spending lots of money but there is not any significant change in poverty this means there is some loophole".
3. Control population-
As the speed we are growing we will leave China also back in coming few year. That's why if the government will try to control poverty then also he can't just spent all capital income once then also it will be less to remove it completely due to the huge population. That's why our citizen and government should aware people about population and it's problem and harm.
4. Skill development
Increase the productivity of poor people. The poor should employment by providing them essential skill and training.
5.Provide minimum requirement
The government should provide at least minimum needs like safe water, primary health care, and subsidized food to poor.
6.Grow agriculture sector
The main cause of poverty is less development of agriculture sector that why every months lots of farmer are committing suicide. Government should do something about this sector.
7. Breach the gap
10% people have 75% wealth government should implement gradual tax.
in the last if government will try it and we stand with them then it is not that much impossible to control it
